There is a very rare, highly collectible Barbie doll. It's know as the "White Swan Barbie." Officially it's the "Going Home Barbie." You can read more about it HERE.
The only way you can obtain this Barbie is to adopt a Chinese infant, and stay at the White Swan Hotel in Guangzhou. It is the hotel's going home gift to the baby. Every family in our group got one of these dolls...
